A minimal-data browsing experience
You can read our guides and explore experiences without creating an account. This site does not collect payment card details. Dates and traveler counts used for availability checks are sent through our secure server to Viator to return relevant options. Please do not enter names, health details or other sensitive information into search fields.
Cookies and local storage
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies in the current configuration. If you choose to save an experience, the product code is stored locally in your browser so your shortlist remains available. You can remove it using the heart button or clear your browser’s site data. This shortlist is not sent to us. Saved lists are specific to each website; saving on Italy Tour Hub does not automatically save the activity on a regional guide.
Analytics
We do not currently use Google Analytics to track your visit. Analytics and advertising cookies are not enabled. If we introduce analytics, this policy will explain the data involved and applicable choices before it is activated.
Hosting and security logs
AWS hosts the site and may process connection information such as IP address, request time, device headers and technical error data to deliver and secure the service. Application logs are limited to operational information and retained for a short, configured period. We do not sell personal information.
Our regional guides
Activity links open the relevant independently branded Tour Hub city site. Your chosen date and adult-ticket count may appear in that link so the regional booking form can carry your selection. No name or email is included. Each site has its own privacy policy and local saved list.
Viator and external websites
Experience information and images are supplied by Viator. Loading their images sends normal connection data to their image servers. Following an affiliate link takes you to Viator, which applies its own privacy policy, cookie settings and booking terms. Affiliate tracking may use cookies on Viator’s site; those are controlled by Viator, not this website.
Contact requests
If you submit our contact form, we store your email address, selected topic and message in a private encrypted AWS database so the publisher can review and respond. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Contact submissions expire after 30 days; database deletion may take a short additional period. Please do not send payment information, identity documents, sensitive personal details or booking references. Security controls may process connection data to limit abuse.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a complaint to a data-protection authority. Clear saved items in your browser at any time. Do not send booking or payment information to the publisher; direct reservation requests to Viator.

Custom tour enquiries
When you request a custom tour, we use your contact details, selected cities, dates, group size, language, budget and planning notes to respond to your enquiry. Your request is sent securely to our publisher team by email using Amazon Web Services. The website request record is scheduled for deletion after 30 days; related email correspondence may be kept while handling your enquiry. Please do not include payment details, passport numbers or medical information. The form does not add you to a marketing list. Use our publisher contact form for privacy requests.
