Terms of use

Effective 2026-10-03. These terms apply to your use of Italy Tour Hub, an independent editorial and affiliate travel website published by Italy Tour Hub.

Our role

We provide travel information and links to experiences offered through Viator. We do not operate tours, issue venue tickets, process payments or act as the merchant of record. A booking contract is made with the party identified during Viator’s checkout, subject to that party’s terms.

Prices, availability and bookings

Starting prices are indicative, in the stated currency, and may change. Availability checks are not reservations. Your selected date, participant ages, option, fees and final price must be confirmed on Viator before payment. Cancellations, refunds, amendments and service complaints are handled under the terms of your booking.

Information and itinerary suggestions

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but opening hours, ticket rules, accessibility and services can change. Verify essential details with official venues and operators. Suggested routes are editorial ideas, not guaranteed schedules or professional advice. Choose experiences suitable for your circumstances.

Fair use and intellectual property

You may use this site for personal travel planning. Do not misuse the service, scrape protected content at scale, interfere with security, or reproduce site material without permission where required. Third-party photographs, product descriptions, trademarks and reviews remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for third-party services, external websites, or loss caused by reliance on outdated information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Affiliate relationship

We may earn a commission on qualifying bookings. See our affiliate disclosure and privacy policy.

Contact and changes

Use our publisher contact form for editorial or privacy requests. For reservations, use Viator’s Help Center. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version.
